Two interviews. One with manager and senior analyst. Second interview with director. First interview is over situation questions pertaining to competencies, such as communication, leveraging diversity, handling difficult situations, etc. Second interview was more along the same line, but also give the opportunity to get to know me and also allow me to ask more questions.

Applied through Inroads, quick interview process two round of interviews. Both phone calls from two different department and each lasted about 20-30 mins. Basic questions and nothing very hard. Get to know your resume as well as you can. The recruiting manager is also your manager that you will be working with during the work.

Mainly my interview was focused on Agile Methodology as they have been transitioned recently to Agile from Waterfall. As the team i am going to be working with was a Run team they have interviewed me on Priority based work allocations. Basic SQL questions and difference between Trim and Cast functions. Also asked me about the experience with different Databases like Oracle, Netezza and Teradata. Questions on other basic SQL questions like Functions, Explain plan etc.
