The interview was not too much technical, and they used to just ask us about our previous work, experiences, etc. Also, they are asking general questions like familiarity with Big-Data platform, etc.
Regarding of plenty of projects in IT department and their continues need for fresh employee/intern, it is not too hard to get the position.
They are kind and ask questions that are easy to answer. They want to get to know you more than talk about the job. You get drug tested if you get accepted

A 30-minute interview with basic non-coding questions. Wanted to know more about what I have learned and what projects I have done. Overall not a challenging interview, was more about what I was looking for in a company and what skills I have. I had fun in the interview and learned about nationwide.

Very standard interview. The only technical questions asked were about previous projects I had completed and listed on my resume. Received a phone call with an offer 15 minutes after the interview.
