Interviewers were very welcoming and personable. The interview started with brief introductions and then jumped into questions. The interview lasted about 50 minutes and they reached out with an offer after 7 - 10 days.

Questions were largely situational.. “Tell us about a time when…” and pertained to skills laid out in the job posting.
I received a questionnaire to fill out my experience and my knowledge of software programs like Python, SWL and R. Also why I am interested in the position and the reasons for leaving my last position

Interviews are heavy on behavioral questions - e.g. “Tell me about a time when…” At the Consultant level, there’s only one interview - so second round. If applying for a Director role, then expect two rounds of interviews.
