Asked to self-record video responses to questions that were only provided just before answering. The entire process involved no human interaction whatsoever. It was cold, impersonal, and I was not given the chance to ask any questions.

Fairly lengthy interview process. Screening with HR, then a virtual recorded interview with a work sample. This part I found a bit nerve wracking. It was timed responses which add to the pressure. I was then moved to speak directly with the President of NMSI via Teams. Nothing shocking asked during that conversation.

Submitted my resume/application through the website. Received email invitation to participate in video response interview. I responded to the interview questions via video as directed, but never received any response or further communication.
