Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en National Instruments (Austin, TX) en nov 2015
Entrevista
Met on campus, then invited on site to their HQ in Austin, TX. Interview day consisted of 5 interviews and a 10 minute technical presentation. 1 Interview of background general HR questions about salary and other expectations, 1 technical interview which involved 2 lengthy questions (1 on hardware and 1 on software, everyone was asked the same question no matter what major you are coming from), 2 interviews for the specific role you are interested in (ex: Product Marketing or Sales or R&D), and then 1 more interview on behavioral questions I think it was. Technical presentation was a topic of your choosing and straightforward. After, you are taken out to dinner with current employees and your host employee (which every candidate on-site has for the weekend). The next day you are free to roam the city of Austin, and then you go back home the day after usually.

Talk about a time you decided on taking a more ethical approach to a task even if it made things more difficult. Other reviews on here were pretty helpful with general questions to expect. Especially for the on-campus interview.

Spend a full day on-site going through various rounds of interview. First an introduction to the company, a behavioral interview and an technical interview. I also had to give a short presentation on a topic I'm passionate about. Finally I got a tour of the facility.

1) Telephone interview. Mostly competency based stuff. eg. Tell me a time teamwork/customer service etc...
2) Online technical test. Covers a wide range of subjects. Mechanical, computer science, electronics etc. also some IQ kind of questions (thinking logically etc...). Don't have to get everything right. Should be fine if you just focus on the studies from whatever degree you studying for.
3) assessment day. technical presentation that you have to prepare before hand. A fun tour of NI office. Technical test. face to face interview.

Initial Phone interview- asked about resume contents and the experience you have listed on your resume. Part-technical depending mostly on what you have on your resume.
Onsite Technical interview-covered range of topics from software to hardware (mostly DSP)
Topics here are mostly ADC and DAC. There is also minimal computation.
Panel Interview-asked to present topics of choice
Grilled on this part depending on what you have presented. I would advice to study the material really well since interviewer seems to know a broad range of topic.
