I was first approached and called by a local recruiter. The recruiter had setup the first interview via telephone conference. Had the first interview done via telephone conference at home. The 2nd interview is arranged, I had met the hiring manager face to face interview, while the rest of the team called in remotely via telephone. The interview consist of warm up question such as asking the candidate to explain about himself/herself. The asking the candidate to explain how an Information system works and how to troubleshoot for recovery. I have a feeling my hiring manager was observing my body language for each of the questions asked. I am glad that I had answered all questions honestly.
