So initially I had a 1:1 interview at my university where they asked general questions regarding the company and the knowledge of the programme. This was followed by an assessment centre where they had 2 interviews, one presentation and one group exercise. The technical interview - Not hard, they just wanted to see how I solve problems General Interview - Get to know more about you and your personality and if you are fit for the role. Presentation - 10mins presentation Group Activity - 20ish mins. Very straight forward and quite nice. Overall the experience was quite nice, but not sure what exactly they were expecting.

- introductory presentation from NI - gave my own presentation which I had prepared - tour of office - technical interview - competency interview Staff were very friendly and supportive throughout the day - encouraged to ask questions. They want to help you so help yourself by preparing as much as possible before (rehearse interview, look up how different technical products work such as microphones, digital cameras).
