Phone interview, following 2 F2F interviews including: Technical interview, Behavioral Interview, Technical presentation, Expectations With regards to the presentation, I had to prepare a 20-30 min presentation on a project I worked on. It must be a technical project where I had to make some decisions (architectural decision or implementation decision). The presentation examinen my communication skills, your capability to convey a technical message, but also it was used it to examine my thinking based on the decisions I made. Also during the F2F Technical Interview the leader of the project management team joined us via video-call and asked questions. I had a separate session with HR concentrating to my personality.
