Had a telephone interview which was somewhat a negative experience and then they did not bother to give feedback. When requested for feedback I was told that I did not demonstrate 'strategic thinking' however the questions, and infact the job role was an operational one. They need to sort out their interview strategy and pose questions that are commensurate to the job role.
