The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiter reached out with a preliminary interview. This interview consisted of identifying work history and then review scenarios and how I would respond in these situations. These scenarios all revolve around students/members and different events that can happen during program hours. At the end of the interview, I was asked to come for a second interview, in person. The second interview consisted of a tour of the facilities and introductions to staff and members. After the tour, we reviewed benefits, discussed responses to events that can occur throughout the work day, reviewed the chart for moving up in the company, and reviewed the companies mission statement. The entire company is filled with sincere and kind staff. I have never felt more comfortable and at ease in an interview. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and it seems like a great place to work.
