There are in total 4 rounds of interview, written exam followed by HR, Technical and Final round(CFO/CEO) round. We can easily clear 1st two rounds and in technical round there will be two members of which 1 doesn't have any subject knowledge in technical way and try to ask all stupid questions and we need to explain in layman language in order to make him understand, even after giving my best I was still rejected. And fun part of all is they said me to to be available in afternoon for final round but they never call me back and after 3 days I received a mail from HR Mr. Arun Kumar that I have been rejected in technical round.

Written Test for 45 Mins which is mostly on Journal Entries followed by a Technical and HR Round. After HR round there will be a Final round of Discussion with CEO. The CEO round is pretty awkward. It is through Video conference at their office and the CEO interviewed without showing his face( Only one way video) and I observed lack of Corporate culture in the organisation. Every thing is under the control of CEO.
