MERN Stack Interview Experience
Online Screening:
Included an aptitude test and 2 coding questions (medium difficulty). I fully solved one and partially solved the other.
First Round:
Interviewer joined 10 minutes late without any apology. Asked questions in a robotic manner and wrapped it up in just 15 minutes.
Second Round (Techno-Managerial):
Scheduled for 30 minutes but went on for over 45. Really enjoyed this round — it felt more like a meaningful discussion than an interview.
Client Round:
Interviewers were clearly Googling questions during the call. They asked outdated and very basic technical questions. The round ended in 15 minutes.
It is a 5-round process, where 3 rounds were written exams. Two were technical round and they will ask every question related to your Tech stack. It's not very easy to get selected here.
