Faced Discrimination during interview because i am "different". Round 1 - Aptitude test (20 minutes) Round 2 - Coding Round (1 hour 15 minutes) Round 3 - MCQ ( 3 hours) After investing so much time on tests, i finally appeared for the interview in Round 4. Round 4 - The interview joined the call 10 minutes late. The moment she looked at me, she formed an opinion about me because i "look different". So much for Diversity and inclusion. For the rest of the interview, she was rude with me and asked some super-rare programming questions which nobody asks. That felt like a quickfire round of cherry picked questions. The interviewer was not only rude but extremely biased as well because "i am not normal". The interview lasted 20 minutes. Please stop judging candidates based on their appearance. Nagarro should train their people to respect people with different background. Overall, i regret wasting 5 hours of my time in their hiring process.
