Process took around 15 days in which first round was online test which was purely non technical and 12 min duration in which candidate has to answer 50 questions. Are you kidding me. Having an 10 years of experiance, why do you need to ask this silly apptitude and reasioning test. Second round was video call. Intervirewer was 12 year exp guy and he did not know about what kind of questions he needs to ask evry time he was thinking what i have to ask and then he used to be pause. Even having good technical discussion still they have not called me for the next round that was shocking for me. The interview went really good i wont say even an average. It was very good. So guys dont waste your time if you want better opportunity instead you invest your time to other organizations.
