participated in a phone interview and then a selection day in person interview. Process is straightforward. Everyone is easy to talk to and questions aren't so much about why you are fit for the job it is situational. They ask how you would handle in certain situations. We also did some role playing.

The only reason why I gave a negative rate is because I have been waiting for a decision status for over 2 months now. I applied online back in August 2017. A couple of weeks later I received an email letting me know I have been selected for a phone interview. After the phone interview a couple of weeks later I received another email letting me know I was selected for the Selection Day interview. I made sure I studied my online questions and answers, and I think the in person interview was a bit tricky and fast. I was in a small group so my selection day process went very quick. Now I have been waiting over 2 months for a status decision, which is very nerve wracking. I have sent emails to the department inquiring about their decision, and I have not had any luck yet. The last email I received back from them was stating that I should hear something back by this week. So I hope I have luck this week.
