numerous amounts of interviews, and after 6 of them the last one with a real in person one they still decided on not giving me the Job. Not sure what they are looking for I have been in commission based sales for over 12 years and worked for high end companies.
Straight forward process. Includes personality test and another competency test. There was an initial interview with the recruiter and then another with the sales managers. They called me and let me know that i was hired.

Entrevista
Initial phone interview with area recruiter. From there you will have to take an extensive personality assessment. You will mostly do a panel interview with a number of people across management from sales, land development, and marketing. You will also need to complete a background check.
