Direct, no hassle, 2-3 times interview, negotiation salary by phone and through. Group panel with the manager and japanese manager. After several days got called to work there. Questions like psychology questions and skills can be googled for systems and network admins, ip range, raid, you know yhe drill.

The Process was divided into following parts:
1.AMCAT exam
2.Group Discussion
3.Technical Interview
4.HR Interview
After my AMCAT exam (aptitude,english,computer science), I was called for group discussion, then I went for Technical Interview.
After the technical Interview I was called for HR round, the HR guy asked me about my passion and my future goals, according to my resume I was more inclined toward ML, DL and AI. HR guy told me that "we are not looking for programmers" at this moment.
By that time I knew I'll not be selected.
Final Verdict: Not Selected.
Lesson Learnt: Prepare your resume according to the profile you are applying.
