HR reached out to me directly via LinkedIn. She purposed everything and likely to hire me now at the time. She explained all on boarding process and register application online and give me a work start date.
Week after, she approached me again with softer voice to invite me an interview. She claimed that it's a part of process.

The interviewer looped everyone in the team to join together. There were 4 people in the interview call via Team. Only hiring manager asked me a random question but no direction or alignment.
