The first step was a phone interview with the hiring manager. This went well and he was very pleasant. Before a series of phone interviews, the Buzztime team requested a use case so showcase my work. The phone interviews that were done in succession were tricky since all of the participants called me individually from different phone numbers. This didn't work out very well since there typically was a bit of discussion after the next hour when someone was due to call.
