- Lesson demonstration for S5 students. Had to prepare a lesson plan and teach in front of two management members of staff. Received a call from the senior leadership team after the interview who offered the job and salary.

Entrevista
Invited to do two english papers. One is a 35 question MC and the other is to mark a student's writing according to the marking scheme given. The paper is quite challenging
They make you take an assessment test along with giving a sample lesson, just to tell you they will pay you $24,000 HKD a month when they advertise $24k-45k a month. They say the extra will come from performance bonuses but will not include any details or numbers. Most tutors can make $24,000 teaching phonics, let alone IB / IGCSE.....
Something feels shady about this company....
I would steer clear from this company, there is a reason they have been looking for new teachers for the past year.

Entrevista
HR is very professional and kind. They give you all the information you need before the interview. Nothing shocking or surprising.
3 rounds:
1- call with HR
2- Interview with HR (talk about expectations and just normal HR stuff)
3- Interview with Hiring managers (asked to do a presentation or mock lesson with a prompt they send you beforehand/ asked to take a grammar exam/ asked to mark a student essay)
