I met with the Human Resource Manager, the Program Director, the entire team I would be supporting, as well as the two people for the executive team. I had an assignment to write how I envision recruitment for the population in which we served.
This hob had a pretty standard interview process. You will likely interview with the direct supervisor for your initial interview then possibly the Executive Director, as well as meet with some of the HR staff members.

What would your strategy be to increase enrollment from specific groups (i.e. young adults, veterans, specific regions, etc.)
3 step interview process, was screamed and then met with two types of managers. The first one was a phone screening after I entered my application. After that, I was scheduled to set up interview with a manager, which took about an hour.
