Entrevista
Independent recruitor found my CV on a large database and we did the first round within a week and than the company called me.
The second interview was in the HQ, HR recruitor, future boss and some future collegues. The atmosphere was pleasant, the questions were related to my previous experience and we also did a fast situation game.

Entrevista
I applied online, HR called me on phone. We had two phone interview with HR, salary expectation was asked as well. I had one face to face interview with HR one and my direct technical lead. No testing or homework, it was simple talk about previous experiences and about the work need to fulfill. It went smooth. After that HR called me back with a positive answer but the salary expectation was asked again and needed to discuss again with HR as well with the technical lead, eventhough I established it before the actual interview and during the face to face interview as well. That was unprofessional and annoying but the HR and the technical lead both were nice and helpful.

1st round - Telephone, basic questions
2nd round - 2,5 hours long personal interview with the HR, hiring manager and actual coworkers; kind and attentive participants; pleasant atmosphere; qiuck feedback; proactive employer; the selection process was quick
