Got invited for the first round in-person interview with a manager substitute and an actual colleague. The interview was divided into two parts - 45 min with a manager and 45 min with a colleague (aka technical interview). The manager did not even see my CV before I came, as he took few minutes to read it before starting. The second interviewer asked a lot of technical questions and when i had no answer or it was not acceptable, he would cross out PARTS of my CV and the cover letter. Literally crossing out, demonstratively, in my presence.
