It was very straightforward. The HR person called to set up the interview. I met with my potential (current) supervisors for over an hour. They asked questions specific to the job and my skills/knowledge. Be respectful but be authentic. Your work life will be more enjoyable if you and your co-workers actually get along. Pretending to be someone you aren't sets up false expectations and everyone looses.
