Fairly standard requirement for past experience, interest in future processes, do not really care to write as much as using 30 words seems a bit excessive in the over all scheme of things in ones particular life. LOL
Most interviewers have no idea about the job itself. They mostly don't ask you about job knowledge specifics. They mostly ask you about your work habits, ethics, history etc. If you're interviewed you may have a good chance of getting the job since all the others are filled by friends or relatives.

I was Refered by a friend. Once an opening came up that I was qualified for, I got a call for an interview. I was phone interviewd 3 seperate times before accepted for the position.
