Terrible. I have nearly 8 years of design experience, but they asked me to complete an assignment. The assignment was opening ads in Adobe Illustrator and changing various copy and prices...clearly had nothing to do with design skills. I had red flags going off telling me this was not an assessment but instead free labor, so I watermarked the assignment. I was later told my work was not "up to par" which is heinous because literally all I was asked to do was change the price from pods pricing by a few bucks. When I asked for feedback as to why, I was told they "didn't have time".

NJOY had several rounds of interviews, including multiple one-on-ones with those on your team, with your prospective supervisor, a group panel interview, a problem-solving interview (almost a technical skills interview), and cross-functional meetings with employees from other teams.
