I send a CV, made a round of tests IQ, Attention, cognitive, ethics, personality and so on, then an HR interview, and 2 technical interviews: One general, deeper with HR and behavioral, and another specifically about scrum and situational questions.

What would you do if you would be in a scenario where you handled a dificult colleague?
Questions from PMBOK, and some agile related questions. Do you know JIRA? What are your expreiences. 5 min situation video, you have to do online. Personality test. There were some games, but I'm not sure that they were part of the process, because I never got feedback on them.

Entrevista
It was all 30 minutes long, HR and another PM involved. Basic questions on what I expect and etc, some questions on PM terms knowledge. I think it was very important to them that I could work overtime without pay, I refused, so was not selected.
