I applied online for a senior HR role with EMEA scope. Got a quick response and the process has started: I had 2 interviews and got invited to the final but availability kept changing (in fact, at all stages there were last minute re-scheduling). Suddenly, it went radio silence and I never got a revised invitation or explanation. Very strange experience and quite honestly a waste of time.
