The most time-wasting experience I ever had. 5 rounds of 1-hour interviews with different people; at the last interview I was told they always provide a feedback and then ... complete silence. It's been weeks already. Before the interviews I did not know Chinese companies have a habit of collegial decisions, there seems to be no one single-handedly responsible for a hire - that's why so many interviews. Every person involved in the process needs to waste your time personally.
