Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter after a couple of days. The recruiter was very bad at replying to my emails and even missed a scheduled interview.
After that, I spoke with an engineer with a thick accent that made it hard to understand the question. During my response, I was constantly interrupted with more questions making answering more difficult when you can't finish a though before being told to start another one. After I endured the barrage of interruptions, the engineer flat out called my designs wrong ( I admit they weren't the most optimal but they weren't brute force and they worked.) and spent the next 5 minutes telling me how they would do it and how my way was improper instead of telling me to improve my design. Rude.
Nach der kurzen Begrüßung und dem Smalltalk stelle ich mich in zwei bis drei Minuten vor – Fokus auf Stationen, Stärken und Motivation. Anschließend gehen wir meinen Lebenslauf entlang und vertiefen einzelne Erfahrungen. Darauf folgen fachliche Fragen sowie eine kurze Fall- oder Aufgabenstellung, um meine Herangehensweise zu sehen. Danach stelle ich meine Rückfragen zu Rolle, Team und Erwartungen.

I received an interview invitation and they arranged an interview with the financial manager. It's a one-to-one interview and last about 30 mins. Mainly asking about questions related to my CV and the manger is kind.

Recruiter call, then 30 minutes technical and finally an 1 hour technical interview. Pretty standard and ask about the fundamentals. Average waiting duration for each step is about three to five days.
