I had two interviews before being hired. There seem to be a lack of specifics on the position, but the interview process itself was fairly easy. I was asked the standard questions about my job and how it aligned with the position. I knew several people at Nike who preped me for the interview which was helpful. Nike has a very specific culture so if you can speak to someone who works at Nike it will put you bounds ahead in interview process.
