Applied online, received a call from the head manager, then set up an interview for a group the following week. It was a group interview of about 4 other people in their office.

La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
