Called many of the applicant for interview by consultancies. Opening are not disclosed.
For 2 position 70-80 applicant.
Finally they call some of applicant and say them your domain is not matching, even before taking interview they ask you to leave or else they just do formalities of interview and ask you to leave.
HR system is very very poor.
