I had an initial phone screening that went well, then I had an in person interview with two current employees who asked standard behavioral questions. Then a formal interview with the president of the company who seemed as if her only goal was to intimidate me she asked invasive questions that had nothing to do with the role. I left feeling defeated, then received an email that was not meant for me to receive regarding hiring, and then was told they would like to offer me the position, which I declined after that unprofessional experience.
