It was overall a smooth process; a face to face interview with a mixture of questions relevant to the job role and some scenario questions. Good to revise scenario questions.

Relaxed and informal but some difficult questions and scenarios. All focused around NHS 6C’s. Learn them all and hospitals individual values. Very friendly board members though. Scenario based questions around keeping patients continuing therapy programmes.

Entrevista
I applied online and after 1.5 months received a zoom interview invite. I Had the interview a few weeks later and got my answer the same day. The interview was via zoom and quite relaxed. I had 2 staff members interview me, one from acute medicine and one from surgery.
It's late in the day and you have a list of patients to see, a manager asks you to support with a 2 person job and you also have admin work to do. How to you manage the situation
