Based on core values of hospital. Scenario based questions for each value. All the values are on the hospital website. It was a really lovely interview and they made me feel so comfortable.
Rigorous interview with various scenario based questions. Prior knowledge about the nhs lab is definitely required. go for a lab tour or arrange an informal visit beforehand, that way you can guage the trust and management beforehand as well.
