Received invite for Teams interview day after submitting application, did a simple email and excel test (it was more to see how much you know rather than scoring for the interview i.e. using =SUM and creating our chart from preset data). Then had a panel interview with two people who were so lovely and easy to talk to, made a point to reassure and calm you down before the interview started. Got a call later that day saying they wanted to offer me the role with really lovely feedback - such a change from interview experiences i’ve had previously!

interview was with a panel of 3, very friendly, not as formal as expected and made me feel very relaxed. They asked questions relating to the job description and was looking for examples of how my skills match up.
