Process takes 2 months, have to do a initial screening meeting, sample business question and in person interview. Final result was delayed for a week from the schedule. It's good to learn something from the business question and discussing it in the interview, but it takes too much time to reject. All the interviewer are Italians and meetings are set in Italian time, you have to convert yourself and try to understand them well.
