Need to do a written test in English first, the topic is [How do you feel for the retail business in Europe]. Then, will have a HR interview for basic information, then followed by merchandising manager interviews, last for 1.5 hrs in total

The interview itself wasn’t particularly challenging. However, the interviewer placed a strong emphasis on my team management abilities rather than just technical knowledge. They were looking for examples of leadership, team coordination, and how I handle group dynamics. It became clear they were assessing my ability to guide and motivate a team in addition to my technical expertise.
