I got a call initially with a few generic questions such as introducing myself and why I chose Next. I was then invited to a day in one of the warehouses of Next where I would have to find clothes in the warehouse and put them on a rack ready to send to the store. Once you get through to this stage virtually everyone passes it and it offered the job. They also give you £10 cash and a £10 Next gift card for your troubles which I thought was a really nice gesture.
Really Short and easy. only asked 4 questions and quick to provide feedback. Based on previous customer service experience and dealing with difficult customers. Experience working in retail and customer service

very slow process, it took over 3 weeks for a response and I had to eventually contact them myself which led to me being ignored. The lady was really nice in my first stage of my interview but I have heard rumours that the company is not great to work for.
Typical customer service questions. Explain a time you helped someone, working as a team, working independently, tell me a little bit about yourself. What are kpis. What is good customer service
