The recruitment process was split into 2 Parts. The first interview was a virtual Google Meet video call with one senior member of the department. The second interview was face to face at their offices with two people, head of department and a senior member of the same department. I heard back from Next within 3 working days via an automated email, this was the only down side as no feedback was given.
