Started with a phone interview. Questions were standard, asking about skills- teamwork etc. Then had an in-person interview but this was very informal. More of a chat and then they offered me the job a couple of hours later over the phone.

Really Short and easy. only asked 4 questions and quick to provide feedback. Based on previous customer service experience and dealing with difficult customers. Experience working in retail and customer service

very slow process, it took over 3 weeks for a response and I had to eventually contact them myself which led to me being ignored. The lady was really nice in my first stage of my interview but I have heard rumours that the company is not great to work for.
Typical customer service questions. Explain a time you helped someone, working as a team, working independently, tell me a little bit about yourself. What are kpis. What is good customer service
