Had an initial phone talk about my experience and then was invited to the store. Was asked to help customers while they monitored and scored me. I just asked customers if they needed help and would assist them if they had any needs

Entrevista
Applied online, got invited to interview over phone call (called from No Caller ID). Was told I should bring a form of ID. Went in, had ID checked and was taken onto the shop floor. Was given a guide in general of where everything is then told to tidy up the perfume display and had a few customers approach and ask where things were. Observed how I interacted with customers and then was called and given a scenario where a man was looking for something to wear to a wedding in December and told to look for an outfit. Did that, showed and explained the outfit. Was then emailed the next day that I’ve got the job

Got a phone call to ask to come in for an interview Easy informal chat, asked about availability and previous experience. Was pleasant and less than 20 minutes. Nothing to worry about
