First is telephonic interview and later PI with sales management and HR team, followed with PI with Sales Director. Long duration of interviews and check basic engineering knowledge and sales skills and IT skills also.

First they invite me through the personal mail. The interview process took 2 days.
Day 1: a normal resume screening by the HR ..but its not so much difficult.
Day 2: this day ur in hectic. Coz they conducted 4 rounds.

2: psychometric
3:GD
4: MD interview
I kicked out at the level 3.
