The hiring managers need to be more transparent with the type of candidate they are looking for. Advertising a role as competitive salary knowing very well that what you actually want is a junior so you can pay a lower salary is wrong. It would save the candidates time as well as yours if you were more clear and open with this in the job description or at least the first interview. I read reviews on here before attending any interviews and noticed comments from current or previous employees mentioning that senior managment were cold, after going through the whole process i can noe relate to those comments. Lasting Impressions mean alot and to not acknowledge a candidates rejection to the offer is not proffesional at all.It Seems like i made a lucky escape and i made the right decision to reject the offer in the end. There were a number of red flags at the face to face interview for me where i found the job description and company benefits did not match up. Such a shame!
