Lengthy but worthwhile interview process! The initial interview about a week after applying was informational and easy enough. The next part of the process was interviewing with the GIS administrator and being assigned a GIS exercise to complete. Questions about GIS, academic, and other experience. Next phase was meeting with 2 senior team members and answering more specific questions about the software/apps used and more specific experience for the role. The process took about 5 to 6 weeks.
