Technical Interview I was ghosted after the last interview, and only replied about not being selected after the second, or third e-mail requesting details (2 weeks later) Somehow as a Data Analyst, I was supposed to answer Data Engineering questions even though I pointed out during the second stage that this is where I lag behind and would greatly appreciate training and experience in Data Engineering I might be wrong, but during all of the interviews, I have not seen a single non-caucasian person.
