I was head hunted and called in for an interview after an initial phone screening. There was no job description available to me so I had to assume certain things about the role. After I was told that I was accepted and an offer was presented my file was transferred to someone else in HR who has a good ability to talk (meaningless) and it terrible with numbers. The offer ended up being less than what I was making right now so I turned down the offer.
