I had to complete a recorded video interview for first stage, which I had never done before. It was a bit nerve-wracking at first, but everything was very clearly explained in the emails I received from the Talent team. The questions were quite straightforward for this part - why do you want to work for the company, how do you organise and prioritise your workload etc. I was successful at getting through to face-to-face interview, which was one on one. I found this a bit unusual, as I'd mostly done panel interviews previously, but the interviewer took detailed notes throughout so I was confident that they had taken in everything I told them. It was a mixture of competency questions and going through my previous experience in more depth, as well as discussing the requirements of the role and the potential challenges. Most of the conversations I had leading up to this and afterwards were via email as I was unable to take calls, but the team kept me informed. I was not successful, but they got back to me to let me know within a week as promised and offered feedback.
