The interview process was pretty quick (1 month in total).
1st with the Recruitment HR (barely ran for 5min, a bit odd if I may say)
2nd with direct manager and Team HR
3rd with the direct manager's manager
4th presentation (based on brief sent beforehand) with both managers

Two virtual interviews then four in person interviews. Being in person felt like a massive waste of time when there were internal candidates up for the role. I’ve interviewed with NBC for a few other positions and was very disappointed with this process.

Made it to first round with hiring manager after phone screening, then the next steps two more rounds after that with sales directors and then an interview members of the team.
